Low Carb Halloumi Salad Recipe

Ingredients

  • Halloumi Cheese
  • Butter or Coconut Oil for frying
  • Spinach
  • Avocado

Instructions

  1. Heat the butter or coconut oil in a frying pan.
  2. Meanwhile, slice the halloumi cheese into bite sized pieces.
  3. When the frying pan is hot, cook the halloumi, tossing until cooked on all sides.
  4. Place the spinach onto a plate, top with the cooked halloumi and add avocado, chopped into bite sized pieces.
