Low Carb Stir Fry Recipe
As you may tell from other recipes on this blog – I like to keep things really simple. The fewer ingredients the better. This recipe follows that ethos perfectly.
This is also a really budget friendly dish – you combine together frugal beef mince with whatever vegetables you have to hand to create a mouthwatering stir fry.
Regarding vegetables, you can use whatever is in season and you have to hand. I used 2 zucchini and about a dozen mushrooms, all chopped into roughly the same size so that they would cook evenly.
Here are some ideas for vegetables to include in your low carb stir fry, feel free to choose one or more from this list:
- Zucchini
- Mushrooms
- Onions
- Garlic
- Cauliflower
- Broccoli
- Peppers
- Bok Choy
- Spinach

Low Carb Stir Fry Recipe
- 1 Tablespoon Sesame Oil
- 500g/1.1 lbs Beef Mince
- Chopped Vegetables
- 1-2 Tablespoons Tamari
- Salt, Pepper & Seasoning to taste
- Heat the sesame oil in a large frying pan.
- When hot, add the beef mince and cook until browned.
- Add the chopped vegetables, Tamari and salt/pepper/seasoning to taste.
- Cook until the meat is cooked through and the vegetables are cooked to your liking.
- Serve and enjoy.

Low Carb Stir Fry Recipe
Ingredients
- 1 Tablespoon Sesame Oil
- 500 g/1.1 lbs Beef Mince

- 1-2 Tablespoons Tamari
- Salt Pepper & Seasoning to taste
Instructions
