This keto yogurt breakfast can easily be adapted to your own tastes, macros and what’s easy for you to find at your local store.
This is the perfect bowl full to start your day with when you don’t feel like eggs for breakfast.
When choosing an appropriate ket friendly yogurt, your best bet is a Greek, plain or natural variety without sugar or other added carbs.
If the yogurt you have found is low fat, then you can raise the fat content by mixing through some cream. Or, topping your bowl with plenty of healthy fat loaded whipped cream.
Keto friendly yogurt it usually unsweetened and can be more sour than you’re used to. So, you can sweeten your yogurt, if need be, with stevia or your sweetener of choice
You can top yours with a couple of teaspoons of chia seeds, which is a great source of low carb fibre plus a host of essential vitamins and minerals.

- Shredded Coconut
- Flavour – you can mix through vanilla, orange or even mint essence for a flavoured yogurt
- Chocolate – create a chocolate yogurt creation with cacao or even a little bit of grated dark chocolate
- Cheesecake – you could mix through of layer cream cheese or mascarpone cheese for a cheesecake yogurt experience

- Low Carb Yogurt
- Chia Seed Jam
- Strawberries, Blueberries or Raspberries
- If you’re wanting to layer your breakfast, in a glass or jar, place a few teaspoons of jam on the bottom.
- Top with a few teaspoons of yogurt and a handful of blueberries.
- Finish with a final few teaspoons of yogurt and top with raspberries and any other optional toppings of choice.
- Enjoy immediately or store in the fridge for a few hours before consuming.
