- A small tin of tuna
- A generous drizzle of sour cream (got to love healthy fats!)
- A crumbling of feta
Feel free to adapt the salad to your tastes. Here are some more low carb, keto friendly tuna salad ingredient ideas:
- Avocado

- Avocado Oil
- Mayonnaise
- Salt
- Chopped Tomatoes or Peppers (enjoyed sparingly)
- Cucumber
- Pesto
In the other lunch box compartments you’ll find:
- A portion of almonds – sub in your favorite nuts and seeds.
- 3 sliced strawberries – the lowest carb fruit, strawberries can be enjoyed in small amounts on the Keto diet.

I love how the flavors work together in this keto tuna salad lunch box. The sour cream and feta perfectly complements the tuna and they all bring out the best in each other.
