Easy Keto Chocolate Cake Recipe
This easy keto chocolate cake recipe has been the perfect dessert for all my family birthdays and celebrations through the past year.
It’s super simple to put together and is rich and chocolatey. You just pop all of the cake ingredients into a bowl and whisk until you have a chocolate cake batter.
I tend to take the butter out of the fridge first thing in the morning and let it come to room temperature so that it’s softened enough to whisk into the chocolate cake by mid morning/afternoon.
The chocolate cake is rich and wonderfully dark. If you’d prefer a sweeter cake then just increase the stevia to make it as sweet as you’d like.
Then, pour the batter into a cake tin and bake in the oven until done.
Once the cake is out of the oven and cooled, make the easy chocolate frosting and smother the cake in the rich chocolate covering.
If you’d like a bigger cake, then simply double the recipe and stack two cakes on top of each other.
