Low Carb Dark Chocolate Bark with Toasted Almonds – Easy Keto Chocolate Candy Recipes – How to make sugar free almond chocolate bark candy. Keto Chocolate Fat Bombs Fun!
Low Carb Dark Chocolate Bark Recipe
This low carb dark chocolate bark tastes AMAZING! The easy recipe includes such simple ingredients, yet together they make such a sophisticated keto chocolate candy that you won’t believe you’re indulging in a low carb treat that will help you meet your macros and health and weight loss goals.
It’s up to you if you’d prefer to double the recipe. Personally, I prefer to have a small amount to hand, otherwise I demolish it all WAY too soon.
This would make excellent homemade gifts for friends or loved ones, especially during the holiday season – but it’s also a delicious Keto Treat to make for yourself to satisfy your sweet tooth!
Butter is used in this bark recipe for it’s creamy texture and because butter really makes everything better…
And it’s especially true with this low carb chocolate bark – the butter results in a smooth, creamy dreamy bark that’s irresistible! You could of course swap the butter for coconut oil if you’d prefer for the sweet treat to be dairy free.
I’ve used almonds in this keto almond bark but you can feel free to add in macadamia nuts, pecan nuts, walnuts, sunflower seeds, unsweetened coconut flakes or any other low-carb diet friendly nut or seed you like.
The darker the chocolate you use, the lower the net carbs and higher the healthy fats tend to be, while still satisfying your chocolate cravings. I used 85% Lindt Chocolate and sweetened with 1 Tablespoon of Stevia for the perfect sweetness for me.
Feel free to use your unsweetened chocolate bar or dark chocolate chips of choice and adjust the sweetness in the keto bark recipe accordingly. You can also swap the stevia for monk fruit sweetener or your keto sweetener of choice.
