Simple Keto Breakfast Bowl Recipe
Making a Keto breakfast really doesn’t have to be complicated. You just need to combine together a couple of low carb, keto ingredients that you have in your kitchen to create a beautiful breakfast bowl.
To make this simple keto breakfast bowl, start by melting butter in a large frying pan.
When hot, add a generous couple of chopped garlic cloves. Once it starts to become fragrant, add sliced mushrooms and cook until done to your liking.
Once cooked, top with a few handfuls of spinach leaves and cook until wilted.
Move to a bowl and clean out the frying pan. Add more butter to the frying pan, when hot fry the eggs until cooked to your liking.
Place the fried eggs on top of your vegetables to complete your simple keto breakfast bowl.

- Mushrooms sliced
- Spinach washed
- Eggs
- Butter for frying
