Keto Nutella Recipe – Easy Homemade Low Carb & Sugar Free Hazelnut Spread – Ketogenic Diet Friendly Chocolate Dessert Recipes
Keto Nutella Recipe
I have a loooooong love affair with nutella and all things hazelnut. Well, when you’re greeted with a rich gooey, chocolatey, sweet treat… what’s not to love?!
I’ve ketofied this version by including loads of cream for healthy fats, ready ground hazelnut flour to make it quick and easy to prepare and cacao for rich chocolatey-ness.
There is only stevia sweetening this keto nutella, so it’s great if you’re after a sugar free sweet treat chocolate hit. Feel free to use your sweetener of choice and as much or as little as you want to achieve your desired level of sweetness.
If you’re able to get hold of hazelnut flour instead of ground hazelnuts, then your nutella will be super smooth rather than chunky. Either way, once you have prepared and cooled your low carb chocolate hazelnut spread, then feel free to pop it into a food processor or blender for an extra smooth consistency.
I enjoy this keto nutella on low carb pancakes or mixed through plain natural yoghurt for an AMAZING chocolate dessert experience.
