Easy Keto Salad Idea
This salad really is a matter of combining low carb, keto diet friendly ingredients together and creating a salad that you just can’t get enough of. The flavours balance perfectly to create a wonderful and easy keto salad.
Regarding raspberries, they are the lowest carb fruit, along with other berries. But, they still contain carbs, a half a cup has about 3 net carbs. So, take that into account and use as many carbs as you would like to include in your macros for the day.
You can dress your salad with your Keto Diet friendly salad dressing of choice. I usually just drizzle over a generous portion of Avocado Oil, but feel free to use any low carb and high fat oil or dressing you prefer.
Raspberry, Feta and Avocado Salad Recipe
- Spinach Leaves
- Avocado
- Feta, Chopped into cubes
- Raspberries
- Start with a base of salad leaves.
- Top with chopped avocado, chopped feta and scatter over raspberries.
- Dress with your salad dressing of choice and enjoy.
