Stocking your kitchen with plenty of low carb diet approved foods is a great way to set yourself up for success.
And, it doesn’t have to cost a fortune either, there’s a full cheap keto grocery list that will help you shop for low carb high-fat diet foods on a budget at your local grocery store.
I find that if you have plenty of healthy fat options like butter, cream, olive oil and coconut oil, you can combine them together with other healthy foods like eggs, fatty fish, green leafy vegetables and zucchini noodles, to create quick and simple keto meals that are low in carbs and high in healthy fats.
